A. Where to download the apps for NFC data logger version?

B. What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you have no more access to your logger and cannot download its data. In order to use the logger again, you will have to reset the data logger by running this program “ ERASE_EEPROM_DATA “. Please contact dealer or support ondolog.com
C. Is battery replaceable?
Yes, but please use low temperature (-40 degC) LiMn battery CR2450
D. Could user update the logger firmware?
Yes, contact dealer for updating software.
